At ASP Jewelry, every piece of jewelry is crafted and packaged with the utmost care. We want your experience to feel as special as the moment you open your box. Below you’ll find our shipping and returns details, designed to ensure a smooth and worry-free experience.

For custom and pre-orders please allow up to 2-6 weeks for design and manufacturing. We are a small business who work with a lot of local jewelers, your patients is appreciated 


Domestic Shipping
* Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): $5 flat rate
* Express Shipping (1–2 business days): $15 flat rate
* Complimentary Standard Shipping on all orders over $100

International Shipping
* We are delighted to ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
* Delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–14 business days.
* Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your jewelry. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns under the following conditions:
Eligibility
* Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
* Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
* For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned.
* Custom or personalized pieces are non-refundable, as they are made especially for you.
Refunds
* Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval.
* Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
* Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
* Exchanges are available for alternate sizes or styles of equal value.
* If you wish to exchange for a higher-value piece, the difference will be charged.
Return Shipping
* Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
* If your jewelry arrives defective or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will provide a prepaid return label.
